They will charge us today but ship in December? No thanks.
GPU is roughly 1050Ti level for those who are curious.
It's nearly 2023 and desktop machines are STILL shipping without HDMI 2.1. Ridiculous.

Is 16GB DDR5 SODIMM rams + 512GB 2.5" SSD (probably the cheapest one(?)) + Win 11 Pro worth $150 extra if you plan to use Win 11 Pro on it anyway?

Not that I disagree but the first monitors to have HDMI 2.1 didn't really show up until mid 2021 so it hasn't been that long. GPUs have been 2.1 capable for a year longer than that so yeah its been a while from that standpoint. Monitor tech has always been behind.

With that said, it is a little disappointing this doesn't have 2.1 so it won't be 4K 120hz TV friendly but you can still get it to work on a 4K 120hz monitor.

Or just use a Type-C to HDMI 2.1 cable and use the USB4 Type-C Port instead.

If you don't want the hassle then yes as you won't be paying much extra compared to you buying those. Currently cheapest DDR5 8GBx2 Kit is around $80 and a budget PCIe Gen 4 512GB SSD is around $60 which alone will be costing $140 and then you're getting Free Windows 11 pro license as well. There are ways to get WIn11 License key from Grey market at very cheap price but that is still around $10-$20. So, ultimately, you won't be actually paying any extra at this current time.

That's cheaper than I expected to see, even if it's barebones. And it's the start of integrated graphics that are good enough (it's a moving target but the generational improvements will outpace what games require).

Yes, but that's what this form factor supports. It's a Mini PC.

Im actually using the Type C to HDMI 2.1 adapter right now and while it works pretty well, first you have to make sure you buy a good one. Second, Type C only supports DP related variable refresh standards so things like VRR won't work. I know it doesn't work for me.

So it's like 90-95% of the way there but you're making some sacrifices.

I'd like to know the same thing. If someone can confirm if this comes with a Windows 11 Pro license, I am likely buying this.

Looks good, but I wish it had the Ryzen 7 6800U with faster LPDDR5 RAM @ 5600-6400MHz vs DDR5 @ 4800MHz Embarrassment

I have a racing sim setup for my ps5, was wonder if this little thing can handle windows games for racing sim setup. Games like Dirt rally 2, assetto corsa competizione.

Any feedback would be appreciated
