    Haven't bought luggage in a while but the price feels high. Check Ross, Marshalls, tj max etc. They usually have Samsonite luggage and from what I remember at a much better price. You might not find the color you want though

    I have traveled numerous times both domestic and international with this luggage, and never had issues due to its size.

    Reviews say that this may be too large to carry on for some airlines. Gonna have to pass because of that. If i am paying to check in, its going to need to be a larger suitcase.

    Reviews are good overall, but I do see quite a few that talk about broken handles and broken wheels. That is a bit concerning.

    Check a couple of airlines that you regularly use. Those people may have been flying frontier or spirit. With those two airlines you have to pay for your carry on and can only take a personal item for free. The reviewers may have thought they had to pay because the bag was too big but any roller bag would have had to pay.

    Most and especially the cheaper lines of Samsonite are much heavier compared to the general crowd of competitors. So I would recommend to compare the weight.

    Unless it's plainly obvious that the luggage is too large, size is not typically the issue you'll face. There have been times when people take large duffles as carry on but they were ok.

    However, I have been subject to the scale..which my carry on has failed from time to time and it is my usual gotcha, but that happens less domestically versus overseas.

    I'll just pass this one. I received the same one on 28" and not really very happy with the build. I didn't like it but that may not be the case with others. I returned the one I received yesterday because I found the built is not that great.
