Just placed an order since it says limit to first 2125 redemptions.
I suspect they have a budget for more than 2125 but just want to scare people into placing an order right away. However I also believe they have a set budget and the promotion would disappear once the budget is exhausted as it happened before.

I wrote to Instacart via their webchat and supposedly are facing an IT issue that's preventing some promotions. Had them note my account stating they would honor the promotion once the issue is resolved.
