I keep getting the points but 100 points is no longer equal to 1$. They are around 50c.
Just wanted to let you guys know that as well.
I have a option to pay onetime or additional payments as needed in addition to autopay setting (rent payment site from my rental company), so probably there are options to do so. I did tried test payment like $50 to make sure the setup works and don't get penalty.
"Friendly reminder, you need to use your card 5 times within each statement period in order to keep the points you've been earning this month.
Your statement period ends in 7 days, so you still have a little time to use your card and keep those points.

So you need to make 5 purchases every month to qualify for points?
Is the rental points are promotional and will disappear after a while?
How to get the checks to make rental payments?
But yeah, I love it, my rent is high since I live in a major city, so I come pretty close to that 50k max points each year, for basically doing nothing different and having one more open credit line on my account.
Overall my only gripe is how long it takes for my rent to actually appear on the credit card side:
On the 1st, I'll pay my rent via the online bill portal RentCafe, I'm happy, landlord is happy.
But it won't actually get posted on Bilt until the 6th or 7th.
They day it gets posted I then pay the Bilt CC bill, so 0 interest gets charged to me.
IDK
Either they give rent checks so you can eliminate USPS.
You will never have a receipt for rent checks - worries me!
