Do anyone know how fast ACH is with Bilt? How far in advance will I need to submit to make rent on time? By doing this, would my rent just be charged on my Bilt account and then I pay it off monthly like a regular credit card?
I have been using Bilt since August 2023. Based on my usage, I would recommend to check how approachable are their customer care before you sign-up for this, as for all practical purpose, they are not reachable on phone and their email support is also of very poor quality.

Someone else may have to answer you because the way my rent is paid thru the portal, I select a date is give the landlord permission to trigger the transaction and he only has 1st, 2nd, and 3rd to choose from. After that, it's not my problem how the system works or how long it takes. The few times I have actually checked on this, depending on teh day of the week, I use the 3rd in my rent portal and the Chase debit transaction is completed on the 5th out of my checking account.
You can choose to have your rent payment charged to your Bilt MC credit card account and you pay it off between you and Bilt according to your terms or you can have the ACH debited directly from your checking account like I do. For me, there's too much risk with Bilt MC credit card rejecting a credit card charge because my Bilt MC is frozen or whatever games they play.
You can use the Bilt Mastercard and earn rewards on rent at any property where you can pay by (i) online payment portal (e.g. ClickPay®, etc.), (ii) Venmo or Paypal or (iii) physical check.
Sorry, I'm new and having trouble confirming. So if I pay rent via venmo to my landlord, I can earn points using this?

that all depends on how fast your landlord takes to process ACH payments. Yes your rent will show as rent transaction on your account and you can pay it off like a regular credit card.

It's a Wells Fargo card. You're saying that Wells Fargo isn't reachable via phone? User error, not them.
I use Clickpay to pay for my monthly rent. If I signed up for BILT, is the rent payment triggered only when I want it to or is it triggered automatically every single month?

SOME aspects of the program are through WF.
SOME aspects are through Bilt.
Depending what your issue is changes which you need to contact.
For example because Bilts rent payment (no, not even the ACH bank account they offer) system does not work with Zillow rent payments, I have to email Bilt every month (since it's the only way to reach them) to manually credit me points each month after I otherwise pay the rent via another route.
They used to respond and credit the points within 24-48 hours and one email.
Now since the cuts to service I routinely have to email them 2-3 times following up over the course of a couple of weeks.
WF can't help you at all with that situation since they have nothing to do with the rewards program- they just service the credit card part.
Mini data point: if you sign up for the Bilt card through a referral link, you won't be able for the 5x boost/within 5 days of receiving the card bonus. I learnt the hard way.

It's a credit card so likely not
If you can't pay your mortgage with it, why would you think you could pay it off with it?
