I have this card, I love it, I also have a CSR card, it uses the same expedia portal, but at 1.25 vs my CSR which is 1.50.
You can game this card really well to just amass a ton of points and for those of us that pay $$$ in rent, it's basically a free $700 each year. They do a 'rent day' each month on the 1st where there's a 4x and 6x multiplier on most transactions for points.
I don't carry a balance, so I'm def a bad customer for them.
So If my rent is $2,000/month, I earn 2000 Bilt points a month? == $167/year in amazon GC.
How the fark are you earning $700 = 100,000 Bilt points per year "for those of us that pay $$ in rent"...are you for real spending $100,000/year on farking rent?

Friendly reminder, you need to use your card 5 times within each statement period in order to keep the points you've been earning this month.
Your statement period ends in 7 days, so you still have a little time to use your card and keep those points.
Remember: with the Bilt Mastercard you earn 1x points on every dollar of rent, 2x points on travel, and 3x points on dining. Plus, gain higher status in the Bilt Rewards Program by continuing to earn points.

I have free Dash pass through Chase Sapphire reserve. When I added BILT as payment to my existing account, 5$ off never kicked in. Same issue with Lyft credit. I think it's Mastercard issue, not BILT
Not true. You receive an email for 5X as soon as you activate card. I used referral from friend and got 5X last month.

You could but why? Rent points are capped at 100K/year. So it only make sense to pay with BILT if your pay off amount is below 100K.
