Please be careful about when it says Rent Payments. Only specific rental companies are covered in it.Triple Check with your rental company if they accept it.
That's correct- though you can book American flights with Avios and other partner airlines (indeed for short haul domestic this is often better than using "real" AA miles)
The problem is that you only get availability with partners if AA is making them available at the saver level. These days, that means booking long-haul awards using say BA miles on AA is next to impossible, esp. in premium cabins. (Part of the problem is that AA's major partner, BA, charges absurd "fuel surcharges," and thus awards on American are in much greater demand.)
I use this Card for Clickpay to pay for my HOA maintenance and Parking spot fees and I get points. Also i use this to pay for my WF mortgage and it's worth I get points for it.

Not really. You card will give your account number and routing number to pay rent that way if your management doesn't accept credit card.
Used for 3 months now. Check takes forever to arrive. So make sure to schedule it waaaay up front. Otherwise just been racking up points, haven't used any.
Presumably they're doing that by buying stuff in 4x and 6x categories on rent day if they're taking the horrendously poor value of amazon GCs to cash the points out--- rather than use em for travel where you can get much higher values.
This. You are correct hotels and travel are the best values for using the points and GCs to cash are the worst values. But even so, finally getting a reward for just paying rent is a no brainer.

Mortgage payments supported now? Or they haven't caught on…
