How do you pay mortgage!?
Mortgage payments not supported yet, they have not caught on, probably too busy taking care of the leaked card numbers and fraudulent transactions to worry about it

Except, again, it absolutely IS correct. Not sure why you keep denying a known issue Bilt themselves admits is an issue with no current working solutuon.

Hence why I quoted Bilt also telling you it does not work AND specifically cited the "two deposits and report back" method DOES NOT WORK.

You DO get an email about the amounts.

Then Zillow tells you they're the wrong amounts.

Again, LOTS of people have posted about this not working. Because it doesn't work. Bilt themselves tells you it won't work and eats the cost of giving you the points anyway because it does not work.

For example:

https://www.reddit.com/r/CreditCa...ow_record/
I've read it can take 1-3 business days for micro deposit to appear but how long did it take for you?

This card is 100% being pushed by VC money, and in fact I've never seen a card pushed so hard. Many people behind it are known in the miles/points world, which is a double-edged sword. They know what people want but because they work for the company, try to make sure it's not "too good" of a deal. That's why they make you use the card for 5 transactions a month before you can earn any points - they want it in your wallet to make sure you use it for other stuff, even though many other cards are better for everyday spending.

For me, the bottom line is there's no sign-up bonus. There are dozens of cards available with a sign-up bonus of $500+ that you can get every 3+ months (or sooner). And it goes without saying if you don't pay rent, this won't help you that much.

If you max out the rent bonus and have no other cards you'd rather apply to, or really value the transfer partners, then it's a good card for you. They have cool promos from time to time as they try to increase their user base.
This is a teaser card with selling your data like Plaid, they have 2 years until they run out of VC sugar daddy money in fintech. Bilt had processing issues their first year.

Plus you can pay rent with credit and some cashback debit to avoid fees

I think if anything, they'd probably rather have it be recatagorized as a cash advance on the credit card, i.e. higher interest rates.

But yeah, I love it, my rent is high since I live in a major city, so I come pretty close to that 50k max points each year, for basically doing nothing different and having one more open credit line on my account.

Overall my only gripe is how long it takes for my rent to actually appear on the credit card side:
On the 1st, I'll pay my rent via the online bill portal RentCafe, I'm happy, landlord is happy.
But it won't actually get posted on Bilt until the 6th or 7th.
They day it gets posted I then pay the Bilt CC bill, so 0 interest gets charged to me.
....

this says its 100k max points now..... "...per $1 spent on rent paid through the Bilt App with your card account up to a maximum of One Hundred Thousand (100,000) points each calendar year. If your rent payment is less than $250, you will earn 250 points for that rent payment. Only one rent payment to one property ...."

With the Bilt credit card, there's no need for authorization from your landlord or rental company to pay your rent. Instead of using the card directly, you make rent payments through a special account number and routing number associated with your Bilt credit card. However, it's important to note that this credit card is issued by Wells Fargo, which comes with certain complexities and fine print, as is common with Wells Fargo's business practices.

For instance, if you choose to pay your rent using the special account number and routing number to earn reward points, you must also make at least five regular purchases with the Bilt credit card within the same statement period. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the loss of the reward points you have accumulated.
