Please be careful about when it says Rent Payments. Only specific rental companies are covered in it.Triple Check with your rental company if they accept it.

How can you find the companies that accept it? Wouldn't this be considered a regular credit card by any rental company and the fees are reimbursed by the credit card company itself?
I have a home mobile rental unit, that i have to pay space rent (they accept check only or through their own online payment portal which take ACH) for. Is it possible for me to pay that space rent using Bilt to get point? If so, does anyone know how?
Thanks
Bilt gives you a routing number and a checking number. This 100% will work

so basically, i'd need to sign up for Bilt credit card account. Then they will provide me a routing & checking #, which i can use for that space rent payment. Then i'll just pay the Bilt credit card back? and banking those points?
Well if you live in Portland, OR, this should pay for itself. I do know that they have been running an Alaska air mileage promo and I was like if you live in Oregon, Washighton, and California with the rent prices so high here no doubt at least 3 free round trips per year can be earned.
Potentially? You could use bilt's rent portal to mail yourself a check at a different address to a different name in order to get the points? It's a bill pay portal similar to your online bank. I imagine it would get flagged if you mailed a check to your same address and made it out to yourself. So if you have an SO with a different last name, make it out to them and mail it to their work?
And to get around the 'you need 5 transactions a month to earn points', I just buy 5 x $1 amazon gift cards each month.
False. Read up on Big Data and how credit card companies are using deep learning to do away with travel notifications. They know when your card is being misused in your own city or legitimately used in a foreign country. Recognizing fake landlords should be a piece of cake by comparison.
