I assume Element is on the same level as Westinghouse. I got a 42" 720p Westinghouse LCD in 2012, and it was still working last month. Decided to put it on marketplace as I was moving, and surprisingly someone paid $75 for it, even without the remote.

This is a good temporary main TV in my new place until I can upgrade to a nice 75" set

It should with the seats down and cleared out. I fit the TCL 65" in a 2018 CRV back during a 2020 target deal

Element is Target's version of Walmart's ONN I believe. Suspect they also use grade B panels that don't meet the standards of other manufacturers, that's how they get the cost so low. For non-critical viewing/applications these would be fine. Just temper your expectations and it's hard to get disappointed, expect the worst and when you get something better than the worst you will be happy Smilie
Bought 65" elements last year. Theyre fine in my airbnbs. They don't do great against glare or in bright rooms, blacks are washed out, but if you have great viewing conditions it's large and ok for a budget tv. None have broken so far. For the money it's a good buy but you won't mistake this for even a $500 tv. My Omni fire is substantially better @ $599

I do not want to discourage but my personal experience with Element TV was very bad. It lasted barely 1 year for me. I would say buy it but do not hesitate to return it if you get better deal on Fire TV, TCL Hisense ...to me, these are much better than Element, unless you buy Samsung, LG Sony etc. but obviously you have to pay bigger bucks. Just my 2 cents!!!

I bought 65" last year as well. My only complaint is that it hangs randomly and reboots at least once in few weeks. But otherwise it's a great TV for the amount one would pay.

Thanks! 2018 is roomier but 58 should be fine with my 16!

Ordered at 630 am est. just got a message that the order can't be fulfilled at my local target. Seems like there are fewer than the online system indicates.

Is this a good brand for TV?
No. They have a habit of dying just after a year, and the control boards take months to replace since everything comes from China. The CEO was part of the Polaroid Ponzi scheme.

My 50-inch 1080p Element has lasted 9 years now. Started to slightly flicker last year, but that's still pretty good for the $289 I paid in 2013.

I bought the 65 in one last year on black Friday and use it for at least 10 hours a day and it still works great. I love the picture quality that it has.

Yeah, the comments about getting these for people you hate are ridiculous. It may or may not last but it can't be THAT bad of a TV. In the 80's we had one terrible 19" rounded low-def TV in the house, and we survived. Upgrading to a 27" CRT in the 90's was a treat, and the 32" Philips Magnavox I got in like 1999 was like a dream. Now I have more TVs than people in the house and even the worst, oldest one isn't "bad."
People are way too critical about these budget TVs I have a similar one in my bedroom, and mid TVs in the rest of the house other than one really nice OLED I just got this year. Especially if these are in rooms where you otherwise don't watch a llot of TV these are fine.
