If I already have Chase Ink business preferred can I still quality for this? I also have another Chase/Southwest card. The Ink business preferred is charging me $100 annual fee no other perks I am kind of sick of it.
Isn't there like additional charges to pay those with credit card, negating some of the benefit of using the card to pay for it?
Yes, for me its a 2.15% fee for using credit card to pay property taxes. The Ink business unlimited gives 1.5% back on all purchases, so subtract the 0,65% remainder from your $900 cash back bonus. For example $6,000 X 0.0065, that would be $39 in fees.

My credit is in the high 800 and have an actual business, but I got the pending decision on email after submitting last night.
However, I got a quick call from JPMorgan this morning, and then approved email came through shortly.

Yes. Unlike Amex, Chase pretty much DGAF how you meet the SUB requirements, even for biz cards.
