I applied this morning and get the below message. I'm not sure if it will be a no go.

"We'll let you know our decision in writing as soon as we can. Our email or letter will include instructions on how to provide additional information or documentation if needed"

I just looked at my Chase's credit journal and see they did a hard pull today. So, for me it is a hard pull. I hope I'll get it.

I got a message saying they'll let me know in 10 days. Then I got an immediate approval message in my email

Can i apply for this without any business?
A better question is, "does Self Proprietor count as a business"? - Yes it does.

Ok that's genius. finally found a reason to return for amazon credit and not original payment

If you're going to do this, you might as well apply for the Chase Business Cash card instead. Same 90k UR bonus. Just buy Amazon gift cards at Staples and Office Depot and get 5x points per dollar. If you end up buying $6000 in Amazon gift cards, you'll end up with 120k UR points; 90k sign-up bonus + 30k points for office supply store spend. If you have the CSR, that's $1800 worth of travel.

So you suggest spent $6000. What if someone don't have $6000 to pay to bank to Chase credit card?

Even if we do, I don't think it's smart to give $6000 to Amazon interest free.
It going to take me years to spend $6000 on Amazon.

The Fed is going to hike rate interests again in December, interest rate is going up, CD's can earn 5% now. It's like losing $300 per year on interest. So after 3 years, you lose out ~$900 interests.

I don't suggest buying $6000 worth stuff on Amazon. Normal user would use around $4000 in 3 months and for the remaining $2000 or so, you can use Amazon.

Does the 5/24 rule apply to this card? And business cards don't affect personal credit report right?

Yes it applies and no Chase business does not report. Some other issuers business cards do but most don't.

Estimated federal taxes is another easy way to spend a few K, although they charge 1.87% or so. Some people overpay by a ton and then file as early as they can for the refund.

Going to apply for this and use the card to pay my property taxes. I'll likely pay $200 in service fees, but can still save $700.

Any problem in overpaying tax by $4,000 to $5,000 and then file for refund, etc?

No, especially with 0% apr for 12 months. Generally the only risk is the IRS can be slower than expected to refund sometimes so you wouldn't want to overpay by more than you can float until the refund comes. There are plenty of people overpaying by thousands. I wouldn't suggest overpaying by tens of thousands as the IRS may find that squirrelly but 5k is pretty normal especially as people have to kind of guess about investment gains, irregular business income, etc. for quarterly taxes that's not going to be an abnormal amount.
