You can subsequently request that your personal account be merged with your business account. My understanding is that it has to be the business account that's left standing.

I got the approval email with last 4 digit of the card but no card in mail and no card showing up in the app under business section.

Be patient, you will receive it. If you think this is a scam, then Chase will welcome you to call to cancel the whole thing immediately. There are so many people that wish to get this deal including me.

now that i think about it pretty sure this is what i did too
Only requirement is that it has to be your account, I believe. Non preferred or reserve. Any type of ultimate rewards account.
Just to confirm… doesn't have to be a Reserve card… can be a Sapphire Preferred or even a Freedom Unlimited? Also, if you link the card dashboards, you still need to call to have them transfer the points?
If so, how can I keep it isolated to business side inquiry only?
