My instant response was something like we'll let you know in 7-10 days. So I called them the next day. They asked me a couple of questions to verify my identity and then approved me.
If you don't get instant approval, wait till tomorrow and call them.
And, especially if you travel, UR are worth easily 1.5-2 cents a point (and potentially 2-3 times that for premium air redemptions)
Making 1.5UR worth at least 2.25% cash-equivalent, and potentially 3-9% cash equivalent, for non-category spending.
I don't think that applies for this card. It looks to me like any travel booked using UR points with this card will apply with a 1:1 ratio (100 UR pts for $1 travel). You would need to transfer the UR points from this card to another Chase card (with an annual fee) that would allow you to transfer the UR points on that card to airline points. Am I wrong?

You're not- but if you're someone who travels significantly you'd already have another UR card that allows point transfers, and higher portal rates as well (either 1.25 or 1.5 depending on the card).... Hell I just got ~7.4 cents per point in value with an airline transfer and an open jaw business class booking to Japan... (granted, this was using Amex points moved to ANA, but you can do similar stuff with chase points)
Can I know what information when you fill out the form?
Like when they are asking about the business type, number of employees and annual revenue. It might give us a higher chance to get card.
thank you!

Have zero desire to travel to Japan unless you pay me. Nothing beats cold hard cash.

It is, though both allow transfer to partners where you'll generally do better than the 1.25 or 1.5 either gets you in the portal.
