Was instantly approved but only $4000 credit line, lol not sure why. Wonder if I can get that increased and card shipped to me sooner ? Also created a new account login but when trying to login says username does not exist, what a mess chase!

I was approved for $3K only... I think that's just how business card is for beginners maybe?
I don't think it's worth calling for increase since it'll be a hard pull again, and if they just pulled you for the 4k credit it's very unlikely that it'll be a higher amount. However, you can call to get the card expedited if you desire.

Probably a Noob Q -
Can I use the card n pay right a way if I don't want to keep the debt? Meaning, they add all the expenses up to 3 months for 6k even if I pay ever month, correct?

You have to spend $6000 total within the first 3 months to earn the signup bonus. How or when you pay it off is irrelevant to anything except how much $ you waste on interest.
