Rebate is a disaster. Texted them a receipt from CVS where the hair color was the only item on the receipt. Paid the entire amount with a credit card (no coupons or deals), so it was easy to see what the rebate amount should be. Receipt rejected, then told me to resubmit, and they then told me I had already submitted so I was ineligible. I have done tons of rebates, and this may have been the worst ever. Had to reach out to their Twitter team to get my rebate check.

I submitted my receipt the last time they did this and I never received my rebate. When I emailed them regarding this, they never responded. I won't buy this product again if that's the way the company conducts business.

Yep, that's why I posted. Won't do a rebate from these folks again. Not sure what they achieve by denying obviously valid submissions, but it sure did nothing to make me want to use this brand in the future.

The process is stupid. I entered my phone, uploaded the receipt, then what?!? No confirmation, no nothing! Absurd. Do I wait for them to text me back? Will they even text me back? Guess I'll wait and see, and if I hear nothing, it's going back to the store.
Sounds like a nightmare...

I had a very similar experience. After the second time of getting rejected via text with my clear photo, I submitted via email and heard nothing after a week. So I decided to return the hair color!
