I would still hold out to get the RX 6700 XT for ~$300. Especially since AMD's announcing its new GPU generation on Nov 3, and we have Black Friday around the corner.

But, for those with budget limitations who want brand-new and cannot wait, this is a decent deal given the current retail market.

OP, can you please add the price to the price field? It's missing.

Soldier, stand your ground. Our general requires us to be brave for our future. He said the enemies will release a new wave of next gen GPU in a matter of weeks. Be strong for our wallet, comrades!

While I don't disagree, the amount of people who are waiting to blow their load on/around BF are going to eat up all inventory within seconds.

Gonna wait for 6700XT at this point (or if there is a miracle deal for a 6800/xt). Just a few more weeks of waiting should be fine.

Yeah this is a weird card for the price. 6700xt can be had for $350 new now off and on. Wouldn't recommend this at all.

I doubt it. Literal warehouses of overstock sitting. Enough that companies like Nvidia scap entire cards of next gen (4080 12g)

This is 10GB, you can hold until a 12GB 6700 comes along at this price. It probably won't be long.

Mfg will soon drop support of these cards as they will have to move inventory by q1 2023... this is why next gen is so expensive... YOU are paying the warehousing rent for an extra 2 quarters on your spiffy $$$$ NEW G$P$U

Typically I prefer XFX when it comes to AMD cards, but I wouldn't feel comfortable buying from them right now. They got busted selling tons of used mining cards as new, which kind of coincides with the fact that they are typically the brand that seems to go on sale the most during this generation.

I have a sapphire pulse (their low end stuff) rx590, and xfx 201 swift 6650xt. All I can tell is that sapphire build like a tank when compared to xfx. however, the 6650xt running the same title uses half the wattage and better performance (75w vs 160w on 590), it make the much flimsy heat sink a none issue. even running furmark for half an hour shows very good temperature and no more than 160w power draw. this is with two fans, plastic construction, fake plastic backplate and cheap heat sink fins

new cards are much more efficient than old ones, unless you go flagship where the have to eke out any performance at expense of absurt wattage, the construction of card doesn't matter nearly as much as before.
