If you buy the 22' ladder, its 19' fully extended, this deal is for the "18 foot" ladder, which is 15' foot fully extended, and has a "reach height" of 18 feet. (see product specs).

I have the 22' Gorilla. I trust it with my life. I also trust that it will take my life if not used properly.

Excellent deal. I have this exact ladder, and it's my workhorse around the house and building my vegetable garden (trellises, etc). Sometimes people comment about Gorilla ladders being too heavy, but I am a woman and carry it with one arm. The weight hasn't been an issue at all for me.

Missed it last Black Friday. Been kicking myself ever since. Surprised they brought it back this year, despite inflation and all. Kudos Home Depot!

Got one during BF couple years ago. its very useful around the house. But it's heavy to carry around, feels more than 30lbs.

This ladder is HEAVY! I've got the MPX22 and I avoid using it when I can. I look like a circus act when trying to get this ladder fully extended and up against the gutters on my porch. 6ish feet of leverage on 10+ feet of heavy ladder above your head makes for a comical (and dangerous) situation. Doing it leaned onto the house might be easier but you're still pushing 30 lbs above your head while trying to lock the ladder with one hand and standing on one leg while trying to stabilize the ladder with your other.

Works great as an A-frame though and is compact for the heights you can get with it. But I reach for my 6 ft werner most of the time just to avoid hauling this beast out.

With all that said, I'm still tempted to buy it at $99.
