I have a three-year-old BioBidet A8 from Costco that's failing. Anyone have expereicne with both? I wonder how the pressure compares.

The a8 has less pressure than the 6800, the only real issue I ran into with the 6800 is the seat cracking after a couple years.

I just returned it after a year and half used it. Actually, it broke it as soon as I got it but I was lazy to return it. However, after the heated seat is broken finally, then I returned it. I will not buy BioBidet anymore.

I've had two of these for 3-4 years now that's worked fine without issues except for some spot discoloration in one of the seats. Been very happy with them so bought another one for a vacation home about 3-4 months ago. Recently got a notice of a water leak from sensors installed since we are not there all the time. Come to find out the T junction fitting for the water hose completely sheered off. Flooded the entire bathroom, crawlspace, and adjoining bedroom. Very expensive repair. I was going to purchase another one for one of the other bathrooms but don't want to take the chance anymore. Either that or I would suggest getting your own fittings and replace the ones provided by Biobidet.
