DON'T buy from mint - best buy has the same deal and you can activate past 45 days but mint is really strict about the activation expiring after 45. You've been warned.

I placed an order with physical SIM but I saw the item as "3 MONTH, UNLIMITED PLAN - SIM KIT", no word mentioning the free 3 month service, is this expected?

2 years ago, when Mint first introduced the holiday deal, they checked IMEIs. I think they've lapsed on that now. Still, I recommend activating via website and skip supplying the IMEI and just provide brand/model info, just in case.

It's not yet 11/14. But when I checked out it definitely said buy 3 get 3. Receipt doesn't show anything that would make think im Getting 6 months and the csr said as much

The terms say they may terminate it after 45 days. Reading many posts that say they never did. More like a scare tactic. It also seems that whether you get 3 extra months only depends on when you activate it, not what sim you buy and where you buy it.

Anyway I would take the chance as 4gb 5G data is 99% enough for me as a spare. I wouldn't care much even the second sim doesn't work at all, well maybe a little since it's $5 more expensive than unlimited due to stupid tax/fees.
