DON'T buy from mint - best buy has the same deal and you can activate past 45 days but mint is really strict about the activation expiring after 45. You've been warned.

Sim cards were delivered. Got Amex credit. But now got email that they have cancelled my order and will provide refund even if I did not request for cancellation. Is someone else in same situation?

I would reach out to CS if I were you, and ask what's up.

Also, did you happen to buy that Pixel 7 Pro bundle from Mint recently? Or are you a Mint customer currently, or have you been one within the last 90 days? Wondering if they somehow caught that, and are enforcing it... Which just seems really silly to me - if that is the case

It was a buy 3 months get 3 months free promotion. I am not a mint customer and even while buying the sim it did not ask for my phone number.

Bought a 4GB 3-month card and activated it on 11/9, but only got 3 months of service (plan ends on Feb 7). No additional 3 months. Just checked my account again and it still says 3 months. Any suggestions how to get the promo applied?

PROBLEM with Mint: Heads up on this buy3, get additional 3 months: I purchased this same deal from Best Buy on Sept 24, 2022 this year and in checking my account with c/s, they say my plan expires Dec 24 of next month. I reviewed a welcome email I got from them on Sept 26 confirming new account, but stating my plan expires 12-24-2022. I did not open that email until today. I tried to escalate to supervisor and they would not. I read a few other complaints on Reddit about this problem. Suggestions?

I had a question about activation. I am currently on an Verizon MVNO and the prepaid term will end in 3rd week of December. I would like to switch to Mint Mobile on my phone's eSIM after that and port the number. Is that possible?

With a physical SIM, I assume I can wait until next month to put in the SIM card but if I provide them with the ESIMs IMEI number when I purchase the Mint Mobile plan, will the eSIM be activated immediately? Or, is it possible to wait until my current Verizon MVNO plan runs out before "activating" the eSIM?

The other option would be to get a SIM card and follow the procedure outlined by silicali above, as long is it does not affect the deal terms.

Had this service during the summer through October 20th. Five lines and lots of dropped service in buildings or when driving. I left Cricket for this service and went back to Cricket. I drove my car from Toledo to Phoenix and lost service sometimes for a hundred miles at a time. It was so poor that my Waze would show wild variations in my car speed as it just kept losing service. My entire family experienced this. I also want to add that porting out was a nightmare. Each of my 5 lines has a different account number and Mint does not want to give it to you. Mint does this even though I ordered all 5 lines at once. I spent hours trying to port out.

Switched to mint 2 months back. Never get any incoming calls. I call customer service and they fix the issue, but the next day it stops working again. Called 4 times. Switching back to cricket soon

Was with Cricket grand fathered into $100 for 5 lines. All of a sudden they increased the price to $139. Switched myself to mint a couple of months ago. No issues whatsoever yet. Just got one for my wife and one for my son via this deal. The email clearly says 3 free months will be added within 24 hours of activating the service. Looks good so far.

Been with Mint for a year now (transferred from Tmobile) and highly recommend them to friends and family. Service has been fantastic and no complaints. Too bad there aren't any deals for renewals/existing customers then again I can't complain since my bill has been cut in half annually.
