Thanks OP. Been looking for these for my aging parents who miss biking and could use the safe exercise. The only downside to these are how big they are to store, but will just have to figure that out.

Wheel size means NOTHING when it comes to a bike being the right height for a rider. It all comes down to frame.

I say buy it. If she doesn't fit, sell it for more than you paid for it on Craigslist.
