If you're getting your hopes up about this, and thinking you'll be "the exception" to all the negative experiences...prepare to be disappointed. Read the previous thread about last week's Walmart + promo. There are 10+ pages of complaints. Walmart didn't even have the "Buy" button at noon, it was immediately replaced with OOS. I repeatedly refreshed the page from 11:40 - 12:30 and it was constantly OOS.
Walmart isn't trying to sell TV's, they're selling W+ memberships. I was gullible too, and paid for the membership, and thought I'd get a TV...at 12 noon, in the middle of the day, when MILLIONS of people were watching this highly promoted sale. Nope. Instead, I got the 55" from another SD post for Target for $199 on Sat night at 2am. Already have the TV in hand. That thread is full of positive experiences.
Granted, one guy said he went into the physical Walmart, and at noon they price matched the TV with the online price, and he walked out with it. Might be the way to go. Otherwise, don't get your hopes up. Another "deal" at noon that sounds "too good to be true".... Fool me once... Just my 2 cents. Good luck!
If they keep it OOS, like it currently is, until noon on the 7th, there's a better chance of getting one. The Hisense deal last month didn't start until 12 noon, but Walmart let those that bought earlier at a higher price get adjustments.
Must be nice. I ordered the 65" from Target a month ago. Had to extend the p/u period. Then, Target cancelled my order. Called CS about this. Rep told me the order was cancelled d/t it "going OOS". So, they took my order and money....then gave my item away. They refused to do anything beyond a refund. To add insult to injury, they refunded me w/ a GC.
Then, I tried to use that GC to order the deal to which you're referring. Ordered at 0200. Then, it was cancelled. Ordered a 2nd time a few hrs later. Cancelled again a few hrs later. By this time, item was OOS. Talk about infuriating.
Oh man, that does suck. I picked mine up yesterday. It was the last regular pickup day before extending. I got 2 of the 58", and the guy was super helpful. Chic Fil A level customer service bringing out the TV's, helping me load them even though I said I didn't need it. Excellent experience.
Sorry yours sucked. You never really know with these companies. I picked up 2 43's and 2 58's in the last month from Target to furnish an Airbnb and I'm glad to be done. I'll get out of the way for everyone else. Good luck on BF!
Can someone tell me if I have this Roku tv AND cable, do I have to use separate remotes? Or can I just use my cable remote. (not ready to cut the cord yet) Not sure how this works with cable.
I was skeptical about cutting the cord. Did it last year and best thing I've done!! If you don't, you'll need two remotes.
FYI...Deal starts @ 12 noon (Nov. 7) for Walmart+ Members and @ 7pm for non-members. Come the 7th, it's gonna end up being another BS Deal like the Hisense 58" $198 Deal last month.
This exact model number doesn't even exist outside of this deal so who knows what sort of garbage components you're gonna get inside the TV itself.

What cable do you use? Soectrum let's you download their app on roku and you can go from there. Or you can hook the box up to the back of the roku tv like any other tv
For what it's worth, I sucessfully got a very hard to get PS5 after similar but not identical frustrations in 2020 by filing a very detailed better business bureau complaint. I promptly received a voicemail within 24 hours from someone on their corporate office who listened and understood my frustration and made it right by securing me a PS5 when they were absolutely impossible to get. I'd recommend going that route, just be polite and I bet they take care of you.
Honestly, I had something similar happen with Best Buy a few years ago. I was able to send an EMAIL to a higher up about a BS interaction concerning an XBOX game. I ordered the Playstation version on sale by mistake and attempted to exchange it for XBOX. Rep told me I'd have to return at sale price and pay full price for the format I wanted (both were same price on sale and reg). Sent a rant and actually got a free copy of the XBOX format. Never had to return anything.
Problem is that now, I cannot find an email to sent the complaint.

So, you called the Better Business Bureau?
No I went to the BBB website and filed a complaint.

Is Walmart plus even comparable to others I'm sorry like I have Amazon prime
I save massive amounts of money with prime.
I'm super hesitant with Walmart Plus it just doesn't seem like nearly the same amount or nearly as good of deals at Walmart?
Am I wrong?

I watched the phillies get no-hit by the astros in game 4. This TV sucked!
