Unless you have eagle eyes, not much. The viewing angle on an IPS is better, so if you game from a different angle then straight forward, it wont be as clear.

Here is a good comparison of the three types of monitors.

I have 2 of these (upgraded from 27" 144hz).
I really like them. Super responsive for FPS games.
Color profile is pretty good.

Honestly, my main complaint is that the bottom bezel has the smallest extra notch/ledge to it -- zoom into the bottom left or right corners to see. So, it doesn't quite sit flush side by side. You can adjust it but yeah lol.

In terms of 32"

- Looks really awesome doing games in 1440p
- Plenty of space when docking windows side by side
- Just generally easier on the (aging) eyes

I bought the first one for $266 (after taxes).
I bought the second through an Amazon warehouse deal for about $200.

How would this work out for use as a digital picture/video frame (using a Raspberry Pi as a source)? I know it isn't a Samsung Frame TV, but it is also less than half the price. Would the Frame look dramatically better? Or even a Q60?

What is the main difference of IPS ?
I had an IPS monitor that broke and got a VA panel now. I would never get another one. If you're specifically using it for gaming and you only sit in front of your monitor, then you're fine. But if you watch videos or play games with a controller and want to recline in your chair, then you'll be adjusting your monitor's angle also.

I see several people registering first time interest in this 32" 1440p monitor. I'd encourage you to find somewhere to see one in person - to me the pixel pitch is too large at 1440p in a 32" monitor (pixel pitch is basically how dense the pixels are - and can you see the space between pixels). Your milage may vary but personally I wouldn't drop money on a 1440p past 27". I would consider 4k resolution (2160p) a necessity past 27" but that has its own disadvantages (i.e. you'll need a beefier graphics card). In any case try to find somewhere with a 1440p 32" on display so you can judge whether you are OK with the pixel pitch/res combination in person. Everyone has their own preference.

They don't price match and retailers don't match costco.

They run a costco specific part number (just an additional letter or something). Which most places will use as the excuse.

I'm honestly shocked they keep trying to sell the 32 inch model across all retailers. Not sure why we rarely see the 27 on sale/

Worth every bit of 200-250 easily. Very good monitor - I am actually one of the person who said this monitor was supported by nvidia (2080) at the time. Currently rocking a 6900xt and with Freesync. If I didnt buy my monitor 4 months ago, this is easily another pick up, maybe even 2 because I already have 1 and 3 doesnt sound bad at all Big Grin

Will Amazon price match this? I have some Amazon gift cards I'd like to use.
