The 3 promo cards are about $25 currently (should dip more*) each = $75
16 pack x msrp of $3.99 = $63.84
*This should dip all the way until wave 2 in December.
My opinion: This box is a gray train, retailers are not going to discount this box. It's not selling out immediately, but still selling out every batch they get at the $120 price. There are tons of other Pokemon items to discount for black Friday.

Qc issues has been not perfect forever with English pokemon printings.
- Decentered (front and back).
- Whitening (maybe because they bag all 3 promo in one bag), more than normal.
- Bent promos, since they just floppy flop in the box.
- Some people posting, missing promos.
A badly decentered and enough whitening will for sure not get a 10 grade. There is a big difference in price for a graded 10 vs 9/8 on the secondary market.
Just search the promos on eBay, you will see some are pretty bad.
