The big plus on this is the weight and portability...thumbs up. That said, I've owned a couple Craftsman, Pittsburgh and now a long reach Daytona and I will say the Daytona is tough to beat.

The weight was the decision point for me. The steel ones are likely more stable / durable, but heavy and some rust... I am lifting my cars up 1-2 times a year so I didn't want something that was too heavy to move around. The footprint was also an issue... my garage space is limited Smilie

Thanks. Looks about the same as the costco one I've been watching.

It says it lifts to 19", don't know if that's correct or just rounded up? The costco one says 18.6".

Yeah, I have the Costco one in my honey account being watched as well. They are both close enough to 19" for my cars (a 550 and a Tahoe) that I pulled the trigger.

Will keep watching them both to see if they get better throughout the month on pricing.

I'm not buying any steel 3 ton jacks, those are like 90 lbs.

I have the costco version I linked, got that for $100 like 3 years ago. Now it is $250 Frown. But I need another one for my other house.

Yeah I think they may be the same but rebranded for Costco. Agreed on not getting a steel one due to the weight.

The Costco price is actually $250 with shipping for me. Home Depot shipping is free and you get 90 days as apposed to Amazon's ridiculous 30 days.
