My recent purchase from them via eBay came basically DOA. The LiDAR didn't work at all, so it wouldn't do anything except turn on and throw an error. They have been responsive just a pain, asked for video proof, debugging and having to ship it back ect. I have shipped it back and am waiting for a reply. I did asked if they check outgoing items and there response was a lot of words that means no:
"Usually, the refurbished device we are selling are 70-90% brand new and it should work well without any problem. For this item, it's needed further rigorous examination by our technicians."
I'm guessing it will work out but in this case it's been a hassle.

The s7 can handle multiple types of floors, you basically have it map the house and then use the room function to edit the rooms. Then once you have the map done you can configure the treatment for each room. For wood floors I wouldn't use the mop function, even on the light mop setting too much water gets on the pad and can damage the wood. We just use vacuum on wood and then just spray/wipe those manually every other week with proper equipment

On tile the mop function is ok. It streaks pretty bad. The best way we have gotten it to work is to just use water in the tank but spray the floor randomly with a clorox hand spray. Do a run. Switch the pad and then have it run again. We run ours every week from the mopping perspective and the first run pad is pretty dirty everytime for just a 400sqft room.

So we just do it room by room.

This device is good if you can do the room by room method, but in a 4k Sq ft house, it's mopping function isn't really a mop...more a wet swifer. So unless you do what I said above and swap pads every 300 Sq ft or so and dbl run it....you'll just be pushing dirt around your floors.

When we first got it and tried to do the whole house...didn't work out so well. Now we have our system down so it works to set it up to run while doing something else.

I see zero benefit to the filling station add on....as it doesn't clean or swap put the pad. So that's a huge waste of money

How do you get 3% using Amex card? I think it's 3% only for grocery stores I tried buying an eBay at a grocery store withamex I was gonna wait till my cashback statement and examine it to see if my gift card qualified for the 3% groceries

Amex quietly added the 3% off online retail purchases to the card. I think it was mentioned here on SD a while ago as well.

I received my roborock e4. However, when battery is charged to 100%, runtime shows around 49 min while the spec says upto 200 minutes. I don't expect close to 200 but 49 min seems too less compared to 200min. Makes me worry that the battery is work out. Anyone else got to check their runtime at 100%?

Anyone buy the dryer unit for the Ultra off Aliexpress?
I order off a link someone had posted, but it can with a European plug. It came with an adapter, but it is 2 rounded plugs. Neither usable.
Is there an easy adapter I can get? Or is it a different voltage and not usable in the US?
