50% of $29.99 is $14.99.... checked incase for some reason it still came out to $12, it did not.

I got these the last time they went on sale (couple of weeks back) and they are fair quality with good size. I was able to accommodate 2 contractor size trash bags full of clothes in just 3 of these. Not sure about the longevity part but for now, they seem to be good enough.
