Ecstatic, indeed, AND the baddest kid in their circle time group. Just a word of caution, though, if you don't have any experience with Rival Autoblasters. They definitely aren't the Dart Guns I used to shoot my little Brother in the face with 20 years ago. I have the Prometheus, and I'm still not allowed to attend any family functions after bringing it to Christmas 2 years ago and allowing my nephew to pelt Aunt Janice in the face during dinner. She took 5 rounds straight to the dome before she could even think to react and move outta the way. It's possible you and your youngster already have a full Rival Series arsenal. Just in case you don't, though, just a friendly warning. Happy shooting!

This is a smokin price for arguably the best nerf rival blaster. I have 10 of them and just bought 2 more. Although it looks like they're heavily discounted all over the place right now, I imagine they'll get back up to $90+ soon and seems unlikely they'll come back down. I Don't think Nerf still makes these.

The red one is available for $50

Glad to see they made these rechargeable now. Bought something that looks nearly identical on clearance at Walmart probably 2-3 years ago, but the each require 3 or 4 D batteries

I bought it in June for 50, which I thought was a good deal, so I'd definitely say yes. And even at 50, absolutely worth it.

This is a excellent price for an awesome blaster. This blaster shoots extremely fast and can empty the stock hopper in 10 seconds. I would suggest purchasing the "out of darts" Hopper extension was well.

There's a gentleman on the interwebs site www.youtube.com that thoroughly reviews each gun Nerf puts out and gives an excellent overview and pro/con list, and he said this one was by far the best Rival to come out and had almost no negative things to say about it. All of these hopper-fed blasters will have an occasional jam here and there, but he said this one has the least. He did mention having to shake the gun periodically to move the ammo around when going full-auto, but I wouldn't call that jamming and it didn't seem to be too much of a nuisance in the video. I can't recall his internet name, but I'm certain if you search Perses his video will be the top one.

I posted this deal at $50 a year ago. 100% worth it at 40 or 50. Also add an outofdarts hopper https://outofdarts.com/products/n...ded-hopper for extra fun (Though it costs more than the blaster itself lol)

You can probably buy 3rd party rechargeable batteries. That's what I did for my 2, 100 round, rival guns

Yeah I should look into that. I've got time; my only child when I bought them was a baby. Wife was not impressed lol
