They should try scanning items with their gun, they will see. And they need to check the new signage, although employees said it has 11/7-11/4 for the dates? The store I went to didn't put the new signage up. Maybe that is why it isn't ringing up right since the 4th was last Friday. Wink

Thank you for starting the threads, and I quoted you because last week you said bcc pts were in accounts now. Did yours go straight to your bonus cash? Or go to pts? Mine went straight to my available to use, and I don't know if I missed something or not, I expected it to be pts to convert later. I don't have the automatically convert pts to BC. Thanks for any help

Mine is auto converted but sometimes it doesn't convert like it should. But mine ended up in conversion this time so straight to for that reason. And you're welcome.

You don't earn points in BCC anymore, you earn BonusCash. If you look at your challenges, it'll say "Spend $X, Earn Y in BonusCash".

I did the Neutrogena deal yesterday and bought about $52 of Neutrogena, but the $5 OYNO Cat for buying $30 did not print. The cashier told me the Cat printer was on before I started the transaction. Did that happen to anyone else? I will have to contact Catalina and see if I can get the $5 OYNO Cat mailed out to me. Luckily it was still a $1.15 after tax MM even without the Cat. My BCC maxed out at $8.10 though, unfortunately.
