Have this model... Major issues the bulb goes and then any replacement won't turn off. The door will go into a "door open/close down" error even though it's closed but won't run with that error.

I made a video on a fix which is a good cleaning (even if it's clean) and leaving it open till it resets on YouTube.. look up whirlpool/kitchen aide microwave error

Have this model... Major issues the bulb goes and then any replacement won't turn off. The door will go into a "door open/close down" error even though it's closed but won't run with that error.

Seems like a few items are qualifying for free shipping despite it being under that limit. I tried it in a new incognito tab and it still showed free shipping for me. Maybe order 2 and return the other at a local Lowe's?

i had same issues with the door. I dont recommend.. it seems to happen after2-3 year. right after the extended wrranty is over. even after you close the door it says door not close
