Seems like a good deal, but I don't buy the round ones anymore. The lids inevitably split and the shape is a waste of space where corners should be. I get the snap-on rectangle ones now.

Pyrex isn't safe from the cracking either. I just wait for pyrex sets to go on sale because the lids are so expensive to buy on their own

I'm guessing that the lids split from microwaving, which is why I'm don't put them in the microwave. Haven't had an issue with cracking.

I don't put the lids in the MW or DW. But unfortunately, I put one on a hot burner. EEK!

Common complaints are lids cracking, even out of the box, and poor quality control. Stick with Pyrex.

The lids I've never had a problem with are the glass containers with locking lids from Sam's club. I think they go on sale for $18-$20. Had them for 4 years now and they are still in great condition. I've had pyrex lids crack and we don't microwave them or use the dishwasher. Usually around 4-5 years. I moved away from pyrex because of that.

Are you referring to the members Mark brand one itself? Eg https://www.samsclub.com/b/food-storage/1389

Yeah those ones. I bought a box 4 or 5 years ago and they still snap well, Hasn't broken, and reliable. I've baked small enchiladas in them with no issues. Microwaved in some of them but without the lid on and they are still in great condition. I always recommend these over any pyrex ones
