You can use above example to plug in your real tax bracket percentages to get your own number. It's a bit difficult to show the calculation of interest on here but you can find interest calculator on web.

My recommendation is to Take advantage of their deal to get $525 first.
two steps to get the bonus:
Open a new eligible consumer savings account at a Wells Fargo branch with a minimum opening deposit of $25. You must provide the bonus offer code to the banker at the time of account opening.
Bring $25,000 or more in new money to your new savings account by Day 30 and maintain at least a $25,000 balance through Day 90 after account opening.
After that, put it in an 11 month CD at 5% APY.
By the end, in 14 months you will have earned close to $2,000.00 in bonus offer and interest.
Hottest deal of SD.. live in NH. No state sales or income tax

I moved 5k that was deposited on 7/25. On 7/31 I saw profit of 4$ something.
That was there saving plan. I think they say the profit is on daily basis but will be posted monthly. Is that accurate?
Let's say I put 50k. Would I see profit of $40 something in a month? Is that how you see it?

Most will compound interest daily.. but you wont see it until the 1st of every month as a lump sum.
Charles Schwab has plenty of 5.3% CDs at 1 month 3 month 6 month 9 month 12 month etc. No reason to lock up your money longterm when you dont have to and can just get 1 month or 3 month cds for same APY.
6.14% 10 Year bond
6.33% 15 Year bond
6.40% 20 Year bond
All with 8/2024 callable dates and then monthly callable after that.

Rates would stay fixed for the term listed for the CD. Savings rates can change.
