They're heavy and don't have a contour for your ribs so sometimes they dig in and it hurts. They sound and play really good though lol

With the $120 you save, buy the Epiphone case for this guitar. I have an original Traditional Pro (gold), and because it stays in it's case, it looks great and plays great.

I have a Mexican Strat as my primary electric but used to have an epiphone les Paul. Yes, it's heavier, but they play sooo nice!! I really miss it. Tempted to pull the trigger but probably won't. Don't play enough with all these kids.

Nice Deal..Had the Gibson Version of this about 10 years ago back when they were putting out some horrible work.
I've really enjoyed some of the Chinese Epiphone Les Paul's I've purchased recently, however I'd probably get a Firefly for less money. They are setup nice fretwork and play amazing right out of the box

Korean epis are great, but you can't really compare simply because they do not really make them anymore.
