FYI you can ALWAYS find GAS washers/dryers for up to 90% off at times. If GAS is what you need and you can wait a bit.. you'll find killer prices.

$600 is really low for a set. I think you'll struggle to find it lower than this, especially with the Costco perks.

Stupid condo builder. Didn't run gas lines in the units to the washer/dryer closet, water heater, or kitchen, even though there are gas lines for the furnaces on the perimeter of the units. So we're stuck with all electric appliances. HOA won't less us retrofit gas inside, several have asked. Builder's cheapness and stupidity cost owners hundreds of dollars if not thousands of dollars over the years.
