oh no, that sucks. I don't remember the exact steps/timing for getting the "virtual card" or whatever that temporary number is, I just remember I was approved after about 30 seconds and was able to put a LG tv and sound bar on it same day. I just don't remember if I had to click through something like "see your new card information" after applying or if the link came later via email.

They can't give card info over the phone, but maybe try https://www.myecp.com/ and see if it lets you register​ without the card, then get help via their phone support -
1-877-891-7827 (STAR). maybe they can send/re-send the virtual card link.

AAEFS is indeed an Authorized Dealer and you will get the 5 yr manufacturer warranty and famous Speedmaster "big box of crap" boxset. (Although the new 3861 box isn't as large and majestic as the 1861/1863 box)

Just make sure that the warranty card is marked AAEFS. People who have ordered from ShopExchange have mentioned that their cards were not properly stamped and they needed to contact support for replacements.
