Yes, a very nutrient dense nut and it tastes a lot better than kale. Also recently learned that a small amount supports gut health.

I prefer to consume almonds without skin. Got to soak them in water overnight first. I keep a container of soaked almonds in a fridge. They last few days.

Nope, any blender with 900+ watt power will do just fine as long as the blade is sharp enough which for me have lasted until the actual units failed

Almond flour is just ground almonds. Yes the fresher the better but seriously easy to use and add...

And I'll say if you like salt and vinegar don't get the almonds in that flavor. I love that flavor and I got done and I'm sad to say I hit the bottom of the bag faster than I admit to my wife.... Nom nom nom
