Latency and timings are 40-40-39-39.
I don't think they would bait and switch it to a 16gb kit. Maybe low stock will dictate them changing to a 8gbx2 kit, but as of this posting, it appears by all evidence that it will be a single 16gb Dimm.

Either or since this deal is also am5?
Probably meant b650 (aka this) or x670, in which case depends if you need pcie 5 which most people probably won't and the b series will be just fine
