Be advised that GlobalProtect app (VPN required by my work to run Teams and Outlook) didn't work on Pixel 6a running Android 13. I am pretty sure it won't work on Pixel 7s as well. Google support didn't care at all. I had a very bad experience with the return process as well. Their support is useless.

Question for previous Pixel owners:

If I buy the Pixel phone as Christmas gift. Do I need to transfer the warranty to the new owner. Or can the person register the phone on their Google account to start the warranty?

Haha sorry, sorry. Just trying to be funny. My 1 warning from 8 years ago still brings shame to my family.

Does anyone know if they fixed the reception issue?
I am wondering the same. I had also a reception problem with the Pixel 7 pro, so returned it and never get the same problem with Samsung phone.

Tensor g1 processor is not better than 870. 870 smartphone price range is 240 to 300. So 299 a6 is a little expensive for now

sorry if already answered why is pixel 6a not showing up for trade in?

Thanks
I have not seen that option so far in the past weeks. I think it is because it is still new and Google Store is still trying to sell them.

I never do trade in with google before so wanted to ask this.

I plan to get the pixcel 7 pro, and trade in my older pixel 6.
When sending the device using the trade in kit google will send to me, do i need to include all charges/cables and original box that came with the pixel 6?

I think it's worth trading in even the pixel 6 is still functioning, but it's a little buggy and slow.
And I got the pixel 6 on a deal Tmobile had last year ThanksiGiving, where i am paying $7.91 for 24 months (will continue to pay the month charges until it's finish). Technically, after paying all the 24 X $7.91 = ~$190........and Google trade in gave me $479.

I have never traded-in any accessories. Just the phone itself. They will provide instructions on what and how to send your trade in back. Do not give what you don't have to...

Do note that the Google trade in process is very slow! A 3rd party sends you a trade in kit using the slowest USPS and then you send it back using the slowest USPS, and wait 5 business days for assessment. Totaling about 3 weeks to complete trade in from day of purchase…

Yeah and for my trade in, it was good to have a quality OEM charger and cable that I could keep. Off topic, but the same was the case for trade-in watches, I got to keep the charging cable which I used for my next Galaxy watch
