Just bought an S21 from Amazon for $300, got $800 trade-in on this phone and walked out with a gift card for around $50 and a brand new S22+.

Oh man. Samsung and Best Buy caught up on the trade ins. They lowered the S21s to only $600 in trade-in value.

For those that went to BB store and placed order for pick-up, how could your sales representative pull up the trade-in value for your old devices. I went to my local Best buy. They dont have it in-stock. i asked him to place an online order for store pickup. Both him and his manager said that their system is showing zero dollars trade-in value for my S21 5G device

Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance

Would bestbuy offers trade in on S21 with scratches on back or slightly damaged screen (a line appeared when phone fell down). Can I still trade it for atleast $600 if not $800?

Just the phone. Phone needs to be factory reset.

just went back from the BB near me.
total only took me about 15 mins, I backed up everything from my S21+ before I went out.
there was a huge stand up trade in lists showing in the phone area, so the guy helped me knew what he was doing and very helpful!!
I didn't know what he did, but at first he said they will give me $800 for my s21+ and the S22+ is $750, so if there's any left over from $800 (to cover the tax), he'll put the rest to the gift card for me.
at first, it showed $749+tax $65 (in my area) so my total would be about $816 and I needed to pay about $16 after all,
but after he put everything into the system, it showed samsung gave $600 coupon and BB gave $200 gift card and after all, the system only use $746-$600 oupon=$149 for tax,
so I walked out with a brand new $22+ and a gift card about $37 left in it, so it's kind of money making for me in this case!!
I wasn't going to trade in at all for this year as I really want ultra for next year, but with this deal, I might get better trade in value with this S22+ next year!!!

Phone can be locked or unlocked. Does not matter. Just cannot be blacklisted.
