I did. He actually showed me the promo. But when he tried to place an order and key in the tradein device, it didn't work. afterwards, he is has stopped. I chatted with BB customer service, no use. called their supposedly specialist, no help there either.

planning to trade in an S21 for an S22 + . might as well since the cost for an S22+ is $800

how much will the credit be vs the BB GC? sorry i did not see it in the post.. also i walk out of the store w the S22+ in hand provided they have stock and t mobile doesnt have to know about it?

If you order online and ship to store, you pay upfront for the phones. If you take your phones in to pick up and trade, what do they give you? Is it a BB gift card? I really don't want $1600 to spend only at BB. Anyone know?
