Tell them they're wrong bro. You should be getting $300 from BB for it - https://www.bestbuy.com/site/clp-...1537879921. Keep in mind this only applies instore. If you're with Verizon, they're giving $800 credit over a required 36 month service for S10

Did you do upgrades or new lines with ATT? Also how would they do the line activations if the phones are not there? They have to scan the IMEI of the new phone you are activating with the carrier. Can you share pic of your receipt?

No new lines. He said ATT activation was another promo. Phones are unlocked.

Yes, ATT is my carrier. They will activate the phones when I pick them up he said, he just did the order today. Here's the charge info:
