I just talked to BB customer service and they mentioned this is a Black Friday deal and $250 off will not go away until November 27th. It says on the website its a BF deal.
About the trade-in, as I mentioned before, the validity is until 12/10.
So chill guys.

My bestbuy store doesn't have one in stock and wouldn't order ahead.. asking me to turn my S21 in today as well.. basically I couldn't work it out here

There's no guarantee that the same deal for $250 off will come back, and there's also the possibility of a better deal coming for $300 off. None of these BB customer service reps know for sure, as you'll get inconsistent response.

I bought the 12.4" Galaxy Tab 7 FE tablet last year for $409.99 during one of these deals couple weeks before the actual black friday week during Thanksgiving. It never went down as low as $409.99 again as it was during the week I bought it. Lowest it came back down during BF week was $429.99. That's why people are trying to take advantage of this deal in case the same $250 off doesn't come back.

Best buy website clearly shows the deal price as a Black friday deal, so the BB Customer service is correct. The price should continue beyond today. However Best Buy is known to pull the deals before the expiry date (when the item sales hits certain limits or when they realize that they are not making much or loosing etc..),

Bottom-line, it's likely the price should be there beyond today, but how long is anybody's guess..

Because they have to take your trade-in device in order to apply the discount and have it either shipped to store for pickup or delivered to your home. They're not going to risk their job placing an order with the discount applied and not taking your trade-in device right away. They have too much other things going on than to track your in-store pick up and make sure you turn in your old device.
