I don't think it's BestBuys fault since promo and extra value coupon comes from Samsung, if they decided that it doesn't qualify then there's nothing bestbuy can do besides just adhering to that.

The phone price discount has been changing 9n Mondays and good til the next Sunday. So this week's deal on s22+ will be good until tomorrow. Come Monday we don't know if it will be higher, lower, or same.

They don't do that I didn't wipe my two phones before I got there so it would be easier for the person to read the IMEI. She looked at the back at the really tiny IMEI and then had me factory data reset them. Never went into the OS.
