How strict is Best Buy on the trade-in for max value? I bought an S21 5G off Amazon and it has minor scuffing on the back and a slight knick in the screen, ever so slight.

From what I understand, credits will continue to apply for the remaining months. That is also one of the reasons I didn't ask them to upgrade my phone. If I knew of the upgrade 250, I would have taken a chance as losing 60, gaining 250 makes it net 190. Even better deal.

I specifically asked a rep to do this in Austin area store. He kept telling me I cant double dip and either samsung coupon or the Tmobile offer. I had to settle for the samsung coupon. Got s22+ 128GB by trading in a S21.

Just went to a BB and rep ordered a256gb in green as only color available but saw one and the color is fine plus it will be in a case

Even better because I can trade my s21 instead of n20 ultra because it arrives Wednesday, I think N20U is going for 550 on FB Mktplce

Rep said I can return, rebuy and he will override price of same ends, coming next Thursday

Not sure I believe it but wtf, worth a try

After the trade in, and the reps get you the phone, you can quite easy to do it in store, bring a USB C cable, and do it on site, 30mins should be enough for transfer, then wipe it, give it to reps and done and go enjoy!
