You can get 350 if you get a new line on T-Mobile but you also get $250 if you do an upgrade an activation (just buy the T-Mobile version and not unlocked) abut the line cancellation maybe you have to keep it for a month and then cancel

No need to add a new line. You upgrade an existing line for the bonus. Basically in your brother's plan, it will say he recently upgraded to S22 and he won't be eligible for any upgrade bonuses for a couple of months (6?).

I still think it's a killer deal if you can get the $250 from the upgrade like you said. You can basically upgrade from a regular S21 to an S22 Ultra for free.

It seems like there is a new Tmobile deal as well, it does mention Save up to $250 w/o trade in...

Welp since I missed out on the S22+(delayed shipping of 21) I'm considering buying the regular s22. I see on BB price match page that they price match any new products shipped/sold by Amazon, so I'm questioning if we'd be able to have the rep price match the phone down to $619 and STILL apply the $800 discount for the s21 and assume we'd get a gift card for the difference?
