Terms and Conditions
Free Panda® Bowl Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") apply only to online Panda Express gift card purchases made through PandaExpress.com. The purchase or use of a Panda Express gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
Beginning November 7, 2022 at 12:01 am Pacific Time until December 4, 2022 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time ("Promotional Period"), with an online order of $30 or more in gift cards from the Panda Express website, you can receive one (1) free online Panda® Bowl offer ("Free Panda® Bowl") while supplies last. This promotion is only valid on new qualifying orders placed during the Promotional Period. Tax and premium entrée charges will be included in the Free Panda® Bowl offer. Taxes, delivery, and other fees still apply for other items in your order. Minimum upload amount is $10 with a maximum of $500 per card and $2,000 total per order. The $30 purchase can be made up of multiple lower denomination gift cards as long as the order total is at least $30. For example, a purchase of one $30 gift card or three $10 gift cards would qualify for this promotion.
Upon purchase of each qualifying order, a redemption code for one Free Panda® Bowl will be emailed to the email address provided in such order transaction. The code is good for one use only and can only be redeemed once per order in-store, and via Panda Express website and app at participating Panda Express locations and cannot be combined with any other codes and offers. Delivery orders via the Panda Express app and website must have a minimum subtotal order of $10 (before taxes, fees, and addition of the Panda Bowl). The redemption code will EXPIRE on January 31, 2023 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time. Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. and its affiliates reserve the right to reject any code it believes has been obtained through fraud, illegalities, unauthorized use expired codes, or any other reason.

I wish they were still 6-7. Chinese take out where i live cost around 9 to 10 dollars here now. Very rare occasions you will find them under 8. Although i do agree the portion size is typically way better at your local chinese.

In truth, PE's mediocre chow mein and fried rice are <$1 to make, but they cut back on that in the containers. Yeah, they'll fill the main entree area with them, but only enough to cover the area.
Most local mom/pop will fill the small sections with the rice/lo mein and fill up the larger section of the to-go container with the main entree.
I am able to usually eat the local mom/pop for 2-3 meals vs. 1 sitting with PE.
I prefer the food at my local Chop Suey, but they are much further than the 3-4 PE around me. That said, I only go to PE when I crave the Orange Chx or Hot and Sour soup. Aside from those two, the rest is just okay. When I am jonesing for authentic Chop Suey, I'll hit the costco near by as an excuse to go to my discount Chop Suey Chinese take out.
