How's that? It's x50cr stainless steel. Same steel that wustoff uses on some of their knives and Mercer.
I have bought steak knives from this company and they've held up really well thus far.

They really have terrible reviews. I think the price is highly inflated. They make appear that you getting a big discount when you apply the codes. Probably not worth more than $20 the way the reviews appear.

I bought Emojoy set a couple of years back. Hated them, especially the stake knives with tiny sharp teeth. Returned back to old Ginsu knives and re-appreciated them even if old and worn out. If you need cheap but relatively decent set I recommend a Ginsu if you can find them on sale this BF

Gonna go against the grain here, bought these at $70 dollars after hours of reading reviews. If you spend enough time you will see crappy reviews and photos with rusting or broken handles on any knife set you pick up in the under $150 range.

These are absolutely beautiful. I run them in my dishwasher and have had no issues with rusting (approx 1 year in). My biggest criticism is the branding - emojoy is just a really shite name haha. Otherwise big fan, steal at this price imho.

Stainless Steel isn't rust-less steel, especially if placed next to another type of steel. You need to keep any knife dry. Stainless doesn't rust as bad as high carbon steel. But high carbon steel is a lot better than stainless. Any knife you want to last, keep it dry. Any knife you want to stay sharp, don't put it in the dishwasher.

Where did you get that I said stainless steel isn't capable of rusting?
Surface rust can form if you don't dry your knife properly.
It's stainLESS, yes it can rust if you leave it in the sink for months with water in it.
I've never heard of different steels rusting if placed with others, care to explain this?
High carbon steel better than stainless for rusting? How?
Yes, keeping your knives dry are paramount, when did I say not to?
Putting your knives in the dishwasher isn't really a good idea but some steels (stainless) can be put in without rusting.
Putting a knife in the dishwasher (some knives can be put in the dishwasher, shocker!!) can dull your knife over time, but if you know how to sharpen/hone properly this shouldn't be a concern.

High carbon steel is better for a chef knife, that's what he meant, not that it rusts less.
