How's that? It's x50cr stainless steel. Same steel that wustoff uses on some of their knives and Mercer.
I have bought steak knives from this company and they've held up really well thus far.

But just think about how much richer the SD executives will be if we all just buy the shill crap!
These are absolutely beautiful. I run them in my dishwasher and have had no issues with rusting (approx 1 year in). My biggest criticism is the branding - emojoy is just a really shite name haha. Otherwise big fan, steal at this price imho.

Surface rust can form if you don't dry your knife properly.
It's stainLESS, yes it can rust if you leave it in the sink for months with water in it.
I've never heard of different steels rusting if placed with others, care to explain this?
High carbon steel better than stainless for rusting? How?
Yes, keeping your knives dry are paramount, when did I say not to?
Putting your knives in the dishwasher isn't really a good idea but some steels (stainless) can be put in without rusting.
Putting a knife in the dishwasher (some knives can be put in the dishwasher, shocker!!) can dull your knife over time, but if you know how to sharpen/hone properly this shouldn't be a concern.
