tried mobile first, failed, then desktop and it got hung on the verify payment page, then tried mobile again and it worked.

i have android and everytime i click the link, it goes to the amazon site instead of the amazon shopping appp

This has to do with "default open" settings. Go to settings on your phone, go to apps, then the Amazon app "details" page and click defaults and make it the default app for any amazon.com domains. Should fix it up
