I use a large one on my goldens and the little rubber nubbies does help get them clean. I just dip their paws in a few times and they come out clean. A tall glass/cup doesn't do nearly as well IMO. Then again goldens have pretty furry paws (grinch toes Smilie )

I do not understand the naysayers here, this product is excellent. With a little soap and water, a dirty paw goes in and a clean paw comes out. Cleanup is EXTREMELY easy, you dump it out, unscrew the rim, then the silicone "sheet" of phalanges unrolls flat for easy rinsing. Dry then put it back together the way you took it apart. I'm scratching my head about those who say its the same as a cup of water or that it's difficult to clean.

The other sizes are on sale as well.

I have the large for my goldendoodle and it really does help when the yard gets muddy from rain or melting snow.

The point is you only need a bit of water and soap. Tilting the cup around and getting it on the silicon fingers does clean better than a cup with water and gets the paw less wet. The difference in water color between the two is noticeable with the mudbuster one being a lot dirtier after use.

We did find that you probably want one size up from what you expect.

I recommend a gallon or less weed sprayer filled with water that you pump. There have been sprayers cheaper than this deal

these would be great if the muddy paws were not typically accompanied by a entirely muddy rest of dog.
